Is This Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 Literature?

Sure the Call of Duty series has game guides and comic books, but an everyday reading experience? According to Amazon France, there is a listing labeled Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 with actual publishers, editors, and cost listed and it’s available now?! Now before we even talk about the money, what is this literature piece exactly? A full-blown traditional book, a script, a game guide, etc.? Let us assure you that no matter what this piece of writing actually is; it’s a legit, real item.

If you follow the link listed as the source (at the bottom of this article) and click on the image that is supposedly the cover of this book, you’ll see that this isn’t a mix up with another Call of Duty named book. The cover picture is two girls playing video games but don’t stare at them too long. Right below the picture is words that clearly say Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 and below that it says Call of Duty, First-Person Shooter, Activision.

Then there is that weird red dot that says “High Quality Content by Wikipedia articles”. That leads me, personally, to believe that this would be Modern Warfare 3’s Wikipedia article being sold on the digital market. However, the actual Modern Warfare 3 Wikipedia article is hardly complete since…the game hasn’t released yet! So I’m not sure what this is exactly.

Now take a look around the details of the listing. It is 120 pages long, roughly 38 euros (around 50 dollars), and has only four left in stock (at the time of writing this article) that you can get by April 23rd. Again, no matter how ridiculous the listing appears…it’s a real item. But what exactly is this “item”? Well readers that is where you come in. If you can tell us what this piece of literature truly is, you’ll be acknowledged as a genius. Hopefully, we are missing something so painfully obvious that makes us want to *facepalm*.
