Modern Warfare 2 Multiplayer In Serious Trouble
I don’t know where to start with this article because it’s just too much. Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 was plagued with hackers, glitchers and whatnot before, but it was still manageable. The love we have (or had) for the game made us ignore the few flaws the game had.
The previous hacks and glitches are nothing compared to the latest hack. The latest hack gives the player the option to open “VIP” menus and have access to things such as god mode, infinite ammo, double movement speed and a LOT more. In short, for developers and gamers this is a nightmare come true. To see a video of this in action, click here. If this happened in Call of Duty: Black Ops, you could count on Treyarch to fix this. But because this is all happening on Modern Warfare 2, Treyarch has nothing to do with it. It’s Infinity Ward we should be looking at and guess what. Infinity Ward officially stopped patching Modern Warfare 2.
So where does this leave the Modern Warfare 2 players? Honestly, I don’t know. We can just continue playing the game and hope we don’t encounter too many hackers. Besides that, I don’t think there is anything else we can do as Infinity Ward is the only company that can take action and as stated before, they’re done with Modern Warfare 2.
