Looking for Clan: Looking for a +30 clan

I was wondering if any of you know of a +30 clan out there. I'm looking for a clan that has somewhat older players, semi-serious and more into having fun in MW3 and Black Ops. If anyone has any info, it would be greatly appreciated.

Just curious why someone would have so many people in a clan? Whats the most you can play in one game. Maybe 6? I understand the chat part of it but what happens if you want to play with your clan but cannot play with some players you want too? Like i said just curious what you all think

Valid question . I think its more of the community we are trying to build . Since my clan has grown we party up in 6 then join a match and invite 6 more . To have a whole lobby of rG. Also there isnt 12 members on all part of the day , its mostly 6 or less at any point . Only time its crazy is practices when u have 18 or more on . Then it becomes an issue . But to fix that u can make squads in the clan and promote lower enlisted to lead them .
