PSN Maintenance Delays Nuketown Zombies Release [UPDATE]
Update: Activision Support received several reports of PlayStation 3 Season Pass holders being able to download Nuketown Zombies again. If you haven’t been able to download Nuketown Zombies yet, this would be a good time to try again. Let us know whether you were able to download the map in the comment section below.
Original: PlayStation 3 Season Pass holders were eagerly waiting for January 17th so they could finally download the Nuketown Zombies map. When January 17th arrived, they were in for a surprise, a PSN maintenance. The scheduled PSN maintenance took longer than expected and caused Sony and PlayStation 3 Season Pass holders headaches.
The maintenance has since been finished but the issues continue. Though the PSN is up and running, there seems to be issues with PlayStation 3 Season Pass holders trying to download the Nuketown Zombies map.
Activision and Sony are aware of what’s going on and are working on solving the issue. Activision’s tweet reads:
Good Morning. We are currently investigating why some PS3 season pass holders are unable to download Nuketown Zombies. Stand by for updates.
PlayStation 3 Season Pass holders, have some patience. The situation isn’t ideal, but it’s being worked on. To stay up to date with this situation, you should follow Activision Support on Twitter. We’ll be updating this article once we know more about the situation.
